- This App should be used as an auxiliary tool in the planning phase of the flight to be conducted, not replacing the official documentation to be used by airmen during phases of flight.
- The content of the application is obtained from official and public Aeronautical Information Service (AIS) of each country. We are not responsible for the slowness, interruption or closure of services in a particular country and we will try to minimize this in the best way.
By using the AeroChart app, you agree to these terms. The app, its content, and intellectual property belong to DataAppz Tecnologia Ltda. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app. We reserve the right to update the app or change its services. The app processes personal data, and it is your responsibility to keep your device secure. We are not responsible for issues arising from lack of internet connectivity or device battery issues.
Specific Terms for Smart Route Assist Feature & Third-Party Integration
- 1. Consultative Nature & AI Limitations: The Smart Route Assist feature utilizes third-party Artificial Intelligence and Weather data API integration to provide routes and data for informational purposes only. AI models may have errors, bugs, or "hallucinations".
- 2. Pilot in Command (PIC) Responsibility: The PIC retains full legal responsibility for flight safety. You must verify all AI-generated data with official, authorized sources (METAR, TAF, NOTAM, ATC) before use.
- 3. Data Sharing: Using Smart Route Assist authorizes DataAppz to share flight parameters with third-party processors for AI and Weather processing.

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: DataAppz Tecnologia Ltda disclaims all liability for loss or damage resulting from the use of AeroChart, including AI-driven features. Users assume all operational and legal risks.
Updates and Changes
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate app access at any time.
